Service Description

DNA Testing Our DNA testing services provide accurate results for paternity, family relationships, or personal genetic insights. The process is quick, non-invasive, and confidential, using a simple cheek swab for reliable results. How to Prepare: • Drink plenty of water before your appointment to make the draw easier • Follow any fasting instructions from your doctor (usually 8–12 hours if required) • Wear a short-sleeve or loose-fit shirt for easy access to your arm • Bring a valid ID and any lab orders, if needed Our goal is to make your experience smooth, safe, and comfortable from start to finish. Payment Terms To secure your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds your time slot and goes toward your total service cost. Please note that final payment must be completed before the day of your appointment. Because testing prices vary, the total cost may differ depending on the specific test or panel you select. You will be notified of your full balance before payment is due. By booking, you agree to these payment terms and understand that some tests may have higher fees based on lab requirements. Cancellation Policy All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide 24-hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. This ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other clients. To cancel your application please call and leave a detailed message if no one answers. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued to clients who cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
