A blood draw is a quick and routine procedure where a trained professional collects a small sample of your blood for testing Additional tubes $25 How to Prepare: • Drink plenty of water before your appointment to make the draw easier • Follow any fasting instructions from your doctor (usually 8–12 hours if required) • Wear a short-sleeve or loose-fit shirt for easy access to your arm • Bring a valid ID and any lab orders, if needed Our goal is to make your experience smooth, safe, and comfortable from start to finish. Payment Terms To secure your appointment it must be paid in full at the time of booking. Because testing prices vary, the total cost may differ depending on the specific test or panel you select. You will be notified if an additional payment is due. By booking, you agree to these payment terms and understand that some tests may have higher fees based on lab requirements. Cancellation Policy All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide 24-hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. This ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other clients. To cancel your application please call and leave a detailed message if no one answers. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued to clients who cancel 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
